This question depends on your current level, your learning pace, and the investment you make outside of class. Although it takes 100s of hours to become completely fluent in a second language, we recommend starting with a 30-hour program, after which your ongoing needs can be evaluated.
At CLIC, we offer customized lesson plans by adapting to the needs, strengths, and priorities of each student. Our courses incorporate significant conversation practice, because this is often the “least mastered”, yet, most important skill when learning a second language. We can incorporate your other language training needs, such as writing, reading, and comprehension, according to your unique requirements.
For the time being, the courses offered by CLIC are French, English and Spanish languages.
Each CLIC language school is accredited by Emploi-Québec.

We ask each student to notify the teacher a minimum of 24 hours in advance of any absence or change in schedule. In the case of an absence, the class will be rescheduled. If you do not inform your teacher within the minimum time frame, the class will be charged unless in the event of exceptional circumstances.
It is important to make sure that group members are at roughly the same level, so that individual group members’ progress is not impeded. We will work with you to identify the best group format for you and your fellow learners.
In general, we recommend groups of no more than 3 to 4 people. However, it is possible to form a group of up to 5 people.
